Gavin wins TPDA Award and becomes a Berg Scholar

The Trainee Professional Development Award (TPDA) provides a range of professional development opportunities and will fund Gavin's travel expenses to the 2022 Society for Neuroscience conference, where he will be presenting exciting new work from the lab!

As a Berg Scholar, Gavin will work towards attaining a Master of Science in Medicine in Biomedical Investigation through additional mentorship, coursework, and an additional year of research in the STAAR Lab.
